REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Welcome to Citokart. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed on our platform.
Orders can be cancelled within a limited time after placing, before they are processed or dispatched.
Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
Citokart reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or other operational issues.
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
Product delivered is damaged
Product delivered is incorrect
Product is missing from the order
Order was cancelled successfully before dispatch
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Order has been successfully delivered in correct condition
Minor packaging issues that do not affect product quality
Incorrect address provided by the user
Failed delivery due to unavailability of the user
To request a refund, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
Provide order details and supporting proof (images, if applicable)
After verification, refunds will be approved or rejected
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
The amount will be credited to the original payment method
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet
In eligible cases, users may opt for a replacement instead of a refund
Replacement will be subject to product availability
