1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within a limited time after placing, before they are processed or dispatched.

  • Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Citokart reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or other operational issues.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Product delivered is damaged

  • Product delivered is incorrect

  • Product is missing from the order

  • Order was cancelled successfully before dispatch


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Order has been successfully delivered in correct condition

  • Minor packaging issues that do not affect product quality

  • Incorrect address provided by the user

  • Failed delivery due to unavailability of the user


4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide order details and supporting proof (images, if applicable)

  • After verification, refunds will be approved or rejected


5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet


6. Replacement Policy

  • In eligible cases, users may opt for a replacement instead of a refund

  • Replacement will be subject to product availability
