CANCELLATION POLICY

Welcome to Citokart. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders can be cancelled on our platform.
Users can cancel their order within a limited time after placing it, before it is processed or dispatched.
Once the order is confirmed and out for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Cancellation option availability may vary depending on order status and location.
Citokart reserves the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:
Product is out of stock or unavailable
Incorrect pricing or listing errors
Delivery location is not serviceable
Suspected fraudulent or invalid transactions
In such cases, users will be notified and a full refund (if payment is made) will be processed.
If an order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the user, or refusal to accept the order, cancellation may be applied.
Refund eligibility in such cases will be determined at Citokart’s discretion.
Once an order is placed, modifications (such as changing items or address) may not be possible.
Users are advised to review order details carefully before placing the order.
