CANCELLATION POLICY

Welcome to Citokart. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders can be cancelled on our platform.


1. Order Cancellation by User

  • Users can cancel their order within a limited time after placing it, before it is processed or dispatched.

  • Once the order is confirmed and out for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • Cancellation option availability may vary depending on order status and location.


2. Order Cancellation by Citokart

Citokart reserves the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors

  • Delivery location is not serviceable

  • Suspected fraudulent or invalid transactions

In such cases, users will be notified and a full refund (if payment is made) will be processed.


3. Refund on Cancellation

  • If an order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet.


4. Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the user, or refusal to accept the order, cancellation may be applied.

  • Refund eligibility in such cases will be determined at Citokart’s discretion.


5. Modifications to Orders

  • Once an order is placed, modifications (such as changing items or address) may not be possible.

  • Users are advised to review order details carefully before placing the order.
